Just inside the
front door is our common living room and kitchen, furnished in a charming
blend of European,
cottage and country. Many of the pieces are antiques, including the massive
pump organ, the large oak wine chest and tables and chairs. An electric
fireplace makes the room cozy on chilly nights, and
you are welcome to choose from a large selection of videos and box games for
entertainment. For the readers in the group, peruse the bookshelf filled
with hundreds of volumes from our personal library. We invite you sit by the window, gaze out at the
vineyard and enjoy. Your host, Ed
Rutledge, will greet you upon your arrival and pour you a glass of wine from
his cellar.
